DRONESHWAR MAHADEV

Today I will tell you about a place which looks like it would be a movie scene. The name of place Droneshwar Mahadev Temple, located in Girgadhada, Gujarat. It is situated on the border of Amreli district and on the bank of the Michchhundru river.

From the name of Droneshwar Mahadev, you can guess there will be a temple of Mahadev. The locals believe that temple was founded by Guru Drona in the Mahabharata era. The Pandavas came here during their Agyaat vaas and with their power the Ganga was revealed here. The Ganga is naturally waterlogged on the Mahadev.

Many researches had been made to find out the cause of naturally occurring water logging on Mahadev but the cause has not been found. The specialty of this temple is that non-stop water flow naturally falls on Shivling. The nearest flowing river is Michchhundri river. There is also a dam. The water flows from this dam.

The best season to visit this place is monsoon season. Because the scene of the dam overflowing it seems to have been seen in the Bahubali movie. And you can also see it in the picture I uploaded. During the month of Shravan, many people come to visit Mahadev temple. The natural environment is also awesome. So you must also visit this place.

Book Review

                                               2 states
by Chetan Bhagat

I always love stocking up on south Asian literature when I take trips to India and my relatives living there have picked up on this. Naturally, i was very pleased when my cousin gifted me “2 states” as a going away present. I was even more pleased because both my cousin and his wife had already read the book and could not stop raving about it. I was very excited to explore this novel, expecially, since it allowed me to get a glimpse of what kind of stories my cousins in India enjoy and can relate to.

Chetan Bhagat is on the rise among the younger generations in India and has written 5 best-selling novels so far. He has also earned the title of “the biggest selling English language novelist in India’s history” by the New York times. Two of his novels have even inspired Bollywood movies, “3 Idiots” being one of them. After reading “2 states”, I can vouch for all the hype that surrounds Bhagat.

The novel focuses on the love story of a Tamil girl, Ananya and a Punjabi boy, Krish, who were on a mission to get married. It follows the story line of any typical. Bollywood movies, I wish I could say there were dramatic deviations from this fact, but there wasn’t However, the book was still a great read!

Prior to the couple’s decision to get married. Bhagat offers the readers an in-depth look into the premarital relationship of the two which caught me by surprise. Trust me, when include the details Bhagat did when it comesto Amanya nd Krish’s relationship. He excited this in a very tasteful and natural way without abusing the topic of premarital sexuality as south Asian media so aften tends to do. The story flowed well and there was a good balance between their  mission to make the seven rounds of the fire.

Bhagat did a fantastic job of introducing the readers to both character’s families and in instances. Where both parties were present, the juxtaposition exuded tension and discomfort that definitely resonted with the readers. This novel was very much about family and how important it is to get the families approval before embarking on something with a significant other. After reading this book, it is clear why couples in India enjoy it so much. It also shows where the younger generation stands in terms of relationships and love marriage.

Ques2. There is spirit of lining and regret in the poem "the road not taken".

Ans2. The first significant thing about "the road not taken" is its title .the traveler comes to a fork in a road through a "yellow wood" and wishes he could somehow manage to "travel both" routes ,he rejected that aspiration as impractical, however, at least for the day at hand, the road he selects is "the one less travelled by". almost immediately ,however, he seems to contradict his own judgment:"thoush as for that passing there/had worn them really about the same". the poet appears to imply that the decsion is based on evidence that is, or comes close to being, an illusion.
The contradictions continue.he decides to save the first, more travelled road for another day but then confesses that he does not think it probable that he will return, implying that this seemingly casual is really likely to be crucial- one of the hoices that involve commitment or lead to the of other choices that will divert  the traveler forever  from the original stopping place. in the final stanza, the traveller says that he will"telling this with a sigh", which may connot regret.
has frost in mind a particular irrevocable choice of his own, and if so, what felling, in this poem of mixed feelings, shouls be regarded or dominant?
there is no way of identifying such a specific decsion from the evidence of the poem itself. On more than one occasion the poet claimed that this poem was about his friend edward thomas, a man inclined to indecisiveness out of a wrong - and as frost thought, amusing habbit od dwelling on the irrevocability of decisions .
critics of this poem are likely always to argue whether it is an affirmation of the crucial nature of the choices people must make on the road of life or a gentle satire on the sort of temperament that always insists on struggling with such choices.
two raos diverged in a wood , and I - I took the one less traveled by, and that has made all the difference.
the indecsion of the speaker-his divided state of mind- is heightened by the repetition of "I", split by the line division and emphasized by the rhyme and pause. it is an effect possible only in a rhymed and metrical poem- and thus a good argument for the continuing viability of tradional forms

in large organization where the flow of inforamation is downward feedback is not guaranteed. organization with a flat structure usually tend to have an intricately knit communication network.irrespective of size all organization have communication policies which describes the protocol to be followed it is the structure and complexity of this protocol that usually causes communication barriers.
most large companies are realising that a rigid hierarchical structure usually restrict the flow of commmunication. this is because there are numerous transfer points, for communication to flow in this hierarchical system, and each of this point has the potential to distort , delay,or lose the message. to obviate this , there should be direct contact betwwen sender and reciever with minimmum transfer station. if the message is presented orally , this furthe reduces the dependence on transfer station.
